In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
Access to the GG PH platform and participation in any game, promotion, or transaction is subject to the following eligibility requirements. GG PH reserves the right to verify compliance with these requirements at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not satisfy them.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register or use GG PH. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination with forfeiture of all balances.

Members accessing the platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk; GG PH accepts no liability for such access and may terminate accounts upon detection.
2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. GG PH may require documentary evidence (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) to verify the information you provide.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on GG PH. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different credentials — is strictly prohibited. GG PH uses technical and manual methods to detect multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual may be closed and balances withheld pending investigation.
2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. GG PH will treat any activity performed using your username and password as authorised by you. You must notify the GG PH support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.1 Accuracy of Information. You must keep your account information up to date. Any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address must be communicated to GG PH promptly via the support channel. GG PH is not liable for failed communications, missed notifications, or delayed processing resulting from outdated account information.
3.2 Account Security Measures. GG PH strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. GG PH will never request your password via SMS, email, or live chat.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Your GG PH account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account for any purpose. Accounts used by, or on behalf of, third parties may be suspended without prior notice.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as inactive. GG PH may charge a monthly administrative fee against the balance of inactive accounts, as communicated in the applicable fee schedule. Members will be notified via their registered contact details before any such fees are applied. Where an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

4.2 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed. Any winnings generated from third-party deposits may be voided.
4.3 Deposit Limits. GG PH imposes minimum and maximum deposit limits as stated in the platform at the time of deposit. Members may apply for higher limits by contacting the support team and completing any additional verification required. Responsible gaming deposit limits set by the Member in their account settings take precedence over standard platform limits.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on GG PH are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction; GG PH accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified Members only. GG PH reserves the right to request identity documents, address verification, and payment method proof before processing any withdrawal request. Members who have not completed KYC verification may have their withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.4 Withdrawal to Own Account. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the Member's own name and previously used for deposit or verified as belonging to the Member. GG PH does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.5 Withdrawal Holds. GG PH reserves the right to impose a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending security review, compliance checks, or fraud investigation. Members subject to a hold will be notified within 48 hours of the hold being applied. Holds may remain in place until the review is complete.
Important: Bonus balance funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional benefits offered by GG PH are subject to these general terms and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x bonus amount) and eligible game contributions will be stated in the promotion terms. The following general game contribution rates apply to bonus wagering unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
6.3 Bonus Abuse. GG PH reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated from them if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus credits that are not used within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically. GG PH is not required to notify you of bonus expiry beyond the terms communicated at the time of the offer.
6.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw. GG PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Member.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on GG PH operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. GG PH accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from a Member's misunderstanding of game rules.
7.2 Random Number Generators. All RNG-based games on GG PH use independently certified Random Number Generators. Game outcomes are random and independent — previous results have no bearing on future outcomes. GG PH publishes Return to Player (RTP) figures for all slot and RNG games.
7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers operating from certified studio environments. Card dealing, roulette wheel spins, and dice shaking in live games are real physical events. GG PH uses multi-camera HD streaming with fail-over systems to ensure stream continuity. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome as recorded by the live studio system shall be binding.
7.4 Malfunction Voids. In the event of any malfunction, error, or technical fault in any game — including but not limited to server errors, software bugs, or display errors — GG PH reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the wagered amount to the Member. Winnings generated from a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
7.5 Bet Limits. All games on GG PH are subject to minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed within each game or table. Bets placed outside these limits may be voided.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GG PH platform. Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

10.1 Suspension by GG PH. GG PH reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that your account presents a fraud, security, or compliance risk.
10.2 Termination by GG PH. GG PH reserves the right to permanently close your account in the event of: confirmed fraud, confirmed money laundering activity, persistent violation of these Terms & Conditions after prior warning, or where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. Upon termination for cause, GG PH may withhold account balances pending investigation and may forfeit bonus balances in their entirety.
10.3 Closure by Member. You may request to close your account at any time by contacting GG PH support. All outstanding wagering requirements must be settled before the account balance is returned. Accounts cannot be closed while a withdrawal, deposit dispute, or investigation is pending.
10.4 Balance Return upon Closure. Where an account is closed without cause attributable to a Member violation, any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's verified Philippine payment method within 10 business days.
All content on the GG PH platform — including but not limited to the GG PH name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, software, text, imagery, and data — is the intellectual property of GG PH or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any GG PH content. Unauthorised use of GG PH intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.1 Platform Availability. 12.3 Gaming Decisions. GG PH accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gaming decisions made by Members. All gaming on the GG PH platform is at the Member's own risk.
12.4 Third-Party Services. GG PH is not liable for the acts, omissions, or downtime of third-party payment processors, game providers, or network operators that may affect the availability or quality of the platform experience.
12.5 Maximum Liability Cap. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms & Conditions, GG PH's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
GG PH collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on GG PH, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
GG PH may be required to disclose Member information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in compliance with applicable Philippine law, anti-money laundering obligations, or court orders. Such disclosures will be made without prior notice to the Member where legally required.

GG PH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, GG PH will notify registered Members via their registered email address or via an on-platform notification displayed upon login. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of the document.
Your continued use of the GG PH platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Jurisdiction. Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in relation to any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the legal relationships established by them.
15.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, GG PH encourages Members to contact the support team to attempt to resolve disputes informally. Most account and transaction disputes can be resolved through the live chat support channel within 48 hours.
15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
